KimiCode Mobile 隐私政策
一句话：本 App 不收集、不上传、不存储你的个人数据到开发者这里——开发者没有自己的服务器。它只是你手机上连接你自己电脑（运行 kimi rc）的遥控器，数据经过 Kimi 的账号服务在你自己的设备之间传输。
1. 我们是谁
KimiCode Mobile（以下简称「本 App」）是一款由个人开发者提供的 iOS 客户端，用于远程查看和操作你本人电脑上运行的开发者工具 Kimi Code（通过终端命令 kimi rc 启动）。
本 App 是由第三方独立开发的客户端，与 Kimi / Moonshot AI 不存在隶属、代理或合作关系。你使用 Kimi 账号及 Kimi 服务时，同时适用 Kimi 服务提供方的条款与隐私政策（可在 kimi.com 查看）。
2. 我们收集与不收集的信息
开发者不运营任何用于本 App 的服务器，不收集、不存储、不访问你的任何数据。本 App 中没有广告、没有统计分析、没有用户画像、没有第三方 SDK。
为了提供功能，以下数据会在你的设备本地处理或被传输（均由你主动触发）：
- 登录凭证。你通过系统浏览器（
ASWebAuthenticationSession）在 Kimi 的登录页完成授权，App 仅接收并保存一个访问令牌，用于代表你向 Kimi 服务发起请求。你的账号密码不会经过本 App。 - 你发送的内容。你在会话中输入的提示词、附加的图片与文件，会经 Kimi 的中继服务在「你的手机」与「你自己的电脑」之间传输，用于执行你交给本机 Kimi Code 的任务。
- 账号展示信息。为了在侧栏显示，App 会从 Kimi 读取你的昵称与头像；仅在界面展示，不保存到开发者处。
- 设备与偏好设置。例如上次连接的设备、模型 / 权限偏好，仅保存在你的 iPhone 本地（
UserDefaults）。
3. 数据的存储与传输
- 访问令牌保存在 iOS 钥匙串（Keychain）中，受 iOS 系统加密保护。
- 与 Kimi 服务的通信使用 HTTPS / WSS 加密；与你自己电脑之间的数据由 Kimi 中继转发。
- 开发者无法读取、解密或留存上述任何内容。
4. 第三方服务
本 App 的功能依赖 Kimi 的账号、设备中继与模型服务。你使用过程中传输的数据会由 Kimi（Moonshot AI）按其隐私政策处理。请查阅 Kimi 官方网站上的相关条款与隐私政策以了解详情。
5. 数据保留与删除
- 本地数据：删除本 App 即会一并删除设备上的钥匙串令牌与偏好设置。
- 账号数据：账号及会话内容由 Kimi 保存与管理。如需删除，请按 Kimi 提供的方式注销账号或清理数据；本 App 无法代你操作。
- 开发者处：没有任何需要删除的数据，因为我们从不收集。
6. 儿童隐私
本 App 面向开发者，不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。
7. 政策变更
如果本政策的实质内容发生变更，我们会更新本页并修改顶部的生效日期。继续使用本 App 即表示你接受更新后的政策。

KimiCode Mobile Privacy Policy
In one sentence: this app does not collect, upload, or store your personal data with the developer — the developer operates no servers. It is a remote control that connects your iPhone to your own computer (running kimi rc), and data is relayed between your own devices through Kimi's account service.
1. Who we are
KimiCode Mobile (the "App") is an iOS client provided by an independent developer. It lets you view and control Kimi Code, a developer tool running on your own computer (started with the kimi rc command), from your phone.
The App is an independently developed third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Kimi / Moonshot AI. Your use of the Kimi account and services is also governed by the terms and privacy policy of the Kimi service provider (see kimi.com).
2. Information we collect — and do not collect
The developer operates no servers for this App and does not collect, store, or access any of your data. The App contains no ads, no analytics, no profiling, and no third-party SDKs.
The following data is processed locally on your device or transmitted only when you initiate it:
- Sign-in credentials. You authorize through Kimi's sign-in page in the system browser (
ASWebAuthenticationSession). The App only receives and stores an access token used to make requests to Kimi's service on your behalf. Your password never passes through the App. - Content you send. Prompts you type and images/files you attach are relayed through Kimi's service between your iPhone and your own computer, so that the Kimi Code instance running there can perform the tasks you assign.
- Account display info. To render the sidebar, the App reads your nickname and avatar from your Kimi account. They are displayed only and are not stored by the developer.
- Device and preferences. Such as the last connected device and your model/permission choices, stored only on your iPhone (
UserDefaults).
3. Storage and transmission
- The access token is stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by iOS encryption.
- Communication with Kimi's service uses HTTPS / WSS. Traffic between your phone and your own computer is relayed by Kimi's service.
- The developer cannot read, decrypt, or retain any of the above.
4. Third-party services
The App depends on Kimi's account, device relay, and model services. Data transmitted while you use the App is processed by Kimi (Moonshot AI) under its privacy policy. Please refer to the terms and privacy policy published on Kimi's official website for details.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local data: deleting the App removes the Keychain token and preferences from your device.
- Account data: your account and session content are stored and managed by Kimi. To delete them, use the account deletion or data management options provided by Kimi. The App cannot do this on your behalf.
- With the developer: there is nothing to delete, because we never collect anything.
6. Children's privacy
The App targets developers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
